Over the last five years, Zone 13 has fallen into chaos. A criminal syndicate known only as The Circuit hijacked a secret prototype cache of military-grade exo-suits—experimental armored rigs capable of turning regular humans into walking weapons. With these stolen suits, The Circuit built an empire of terror, absorbing gangs, eliminating rivals, and carving up Zone 13 into fractured, lawless districts.

Now, the government has disavowed the zone. The media calls it a no-go hellhole. The cops pulled out years ago—or sold out. And the megacorps? They’re just waiting to swoop in and "reclaim" the district once enough blood has been spilled.

But hope remains.
